As part of a new series, we would like to showcase some of our current client's feedback regarding our service and products. The next client we would like to introduce is Amanyara Resort. Basking on the secluded shores of an 18,000-acre nature reserve, Amanyara's lush tropical pavilions overlook half a mile of white sand and blue waters of the North West Point Marine National Park. Percipia has had the wonderful opportunity to build a partnership with Amanyara Resort.
We interviewed their IT manager, Jonathan Murphy, and asked him a set of three questions which are displayed below. We are thankful for our loyal clients and are committed to building long-lasting and trustworthy partnerships with every client we have the opportunity to work with.
Amanyara's property enjoys a contemporary layout and design, with an Aman spa, beach club, and nature discovery center. 38 timber-shingled guests pavilions and 20 villas are tucked along the coast or situated slightly inland overlooking tranquil ponds. From romantic dining to luxury spas, it's easy to say that Amanyara has relaxing recreational activities for anyone.
WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY
Q: How is Amanyara's flow of everyday operation different now, compared to before you purchased Parallax?
A: This system was installed prior to my arrival. However, in discussions with the owner a few weeks ago, he mentioned he is happy we got rid of the previous system.
Q: What is your experience with Percipia's support team?
A: Percipia's support team is second to none. Their knowledge and willingness to help set them apart from any of the other support teams I've worked within the past. By being able to get any issue resolved quickly, our guests stay happy with little to no effect on hotel operations. I consider them the gold standard of how support teams should function.
Q: How would you describe your experience with your Percipia Customer Success Manager?
A: Kristine is and has always been amazing. She is always willing to help and follows through on every project or purchase, even after its been delivered. The mark of a true professional. I would not want to work with anyone else.
