As part of a new series, we would like to showcase some of our current client's feedback regarding our service and products. The first client we would like to introduce is Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton. Amway Grand Plaza is a historical plaza hotel located in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. Since 2018, we have had the wonderful opportunity to build a long-lasting partnership with Amway Grand Plaza. We interviewed their telecommunication/network manager, Spencer Behler, and asked him a set of three questions which are displayed below. Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton is one of ACH Hospitality's most charming and historic properties. From its beautiful attention to detail in every aspect of the property to its famed architectural greatness, it's very easy to say this hotel is one of the best in the industry. The property has 664 guestrooms, 8 restaurants, 4 hotel boutiques and shops, and over 47,000 square feet of event space. 

WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY

Q: How is Amway Grand Plaza's flow of everyday operation different now, compared to before you purchased Frequency?

A: The Frequency solution has drastically changed the flow of how calls are handled. Our old phone system was very old and was limited on any interface capabilities. Frequency has allowed us to bring our guest experience to a whole new level. As I have managed this phone system for a couple of years. I enjoy it and would compare my experience with Cisco Call Manager.

Q: What is your experience with Percipia's support team?

A: Percipia's support team has always been very prompt and efficient with coming to a solution. I have not had any complaints since the implementation of these systems. We are so confident with their support team that we have rolled this solution out to a number of properties in the Grand Rapids area.

Q: How would you describe your experience with your Percipia Customer Success Manager? 

A: Kristine has always gone above and beyond my expectations. She's always very prompt with responses and answers questions within minutes. I would describe my experience as very professional and pleasant. I appreciate Kristine and always look forward to working with her.
