It is always nerve-racking coming into a new company and trying to break the ice. Ensuring that new employees feel comfortable is crucial to building a positive transition within a company. We thought it would be fun to ask Jen a few questions to get to know her a little better.
Q: What is your official work title?
A: Graphic designer/Account associate
Q: Can you tell us more about your professional experience/history?
A: I worked for a year as Project Coordinator for Sandbox Chicago on the Shire and Monsanto accounts. I also have a background as a production artist at Rydin Decal. For a short time, I was an office assistant for Matthies Builders where I helped manage accounts/social media efforts as well as built their new website.
Q: What do you like to do outside of work?
A: I like adventuring to the lesser-known Chicago tourist attractions or playing pool at dive bars.
Q: What are your greatest travel experience?
A: Camping with my family in Michigan's Upper Peninsula where we went kayaking around the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. The rocks look like they've been painted, but actually, this is the result of different minerals that are leaching out of the sandstone cliffs.

A: Any James Bond film

Q: What is something that inspires you?
A: The advancement of technology and how marketers are using it to drive results
Q: What would you say your professional goal would be now that you are employed at Percipia?
A: I want to become a main influencer in the growth of our company/maintaining our client relationships. I'd like to find new, creative, and measurable ways to market our business as well as update the look and feel of our creative.
