Starting last year, we have decided to feature our star employees every quarter to show our true appreciation for all of the hard work and dedication our team members do. Without talented team members like Kristine, Percipia would not be where it is today. Kristine has been with Percipia since 2016. Her current position is Customer Success Manager at our Chicago office. She is dedicated, friendly, a natural problem-solver, and a valuable asset to the Percipia team. Here's what she has to say about her time with Percipia.
"After transitioning out of an IT role with another company, I was initially hired with Percipia almost 6 years ago as an Account Manager. My goal was to develop deeper relationships and handle the daily non-technical tasks for our clients. Getting to know our clients and their teams has really been such an enjoyable experience. I have a great appreciation for those working in Hospitality, as it takes consistent dedication and loyalty. I’m so grateful to work under the Percipia umbrella and I appreciate our team more than I can express, because it’s their expertise, teamwork, and dedication that make working here so enjoyable."
